Imagine if you urgently needed to hire a contractor to complete a maintenance task. You can use Infraspeak Network™ to request a quote directly from the work order you’re working on, all from the same app — there’s no need to jump around the platform from one app to another.
When you decide which quote you want to go ahead with, you can convert it into a purchase and centrally store all related information using just one button. This information includes the associated work order/planned job order, the approved quote and the completed purchase.
Facilities management procurement that works

So, if buying, you can:
- Create quote requests and share them directly, without leaving the Infraspeak platform.
- Process all received quotes and seamlessly associate them with the work order or planned job order they relate to.
- Compare received quotes and sign off on the best proposal.
- Turn the best proposal into a purchase, which you can manage on Infraspeak.
If selling, you can:
- Use Infraspeak to create and send quotes.
- Associate them with existing work orders and planned job orders.
- Centralise all of your sent quotes.
- Turn the quote which gets approved into a sale, which you can then manage on Infraspeak.
All this was already having an impact on many of our customer’s operations, but we wanted to make it even more powerful, so 2025 comes with 4 new hot releases:
🔥#1 Report Work Order to an equipment
Suppliers can now report a Work Order directly to a specific piece of equipment. This new capability provides clients with greater visibility and control over their assets by allowing them to identify exactly which equipment requires intervention.
Additionally, all Pro suppliers will benefit from enhanced analytics and insights, leading to more precise reporting. By enabling direct reporting to equipment, this feature increases autonomy for both suppliers and clients using the Network, whilst also improving the accuracy of asset insights and maintenance records.
🔥#2 Report from supplier to client
Suppliers using the Next App can now submit Work Orders directly through the app for client approval. This process speeds up issue resolution and simplifies communication between suppliers and clients, making maintenance management more efficient and responsive.
🔥#3 Digital signatures for suppliers
This feature allows suppliers to digitally sign off on their work, ensuring immediate synchronisation with client records. By reducing paperwork and manual documentation, digital signatures improve compliance, enhance accuracy, and align with both operational and legal requirements, ultimately simplifying workflow management.
Speaking of paperwork, did you know that Opertec Facilities Management has recently reported saving over 500 thousand sheets of paper (the equivalent of 56 trees), 696 kg of CO2 emissions, and 5.5 million litres of water by managing their operations with Infraspeak?
🔥#4 Network objects in automations and SLAs
Network objects are now fully integrated with SLAs and Gear automations, allowing workflow automation related to these objects. Suppliers with an Infraspeak account can configure automated processes to improve SLA compliance, while clients gain better oversight and control over SLA adherence.
If you’re already using Infraspeak to manage other parts of your FM operations, it’s time to use it to manage procurement too! And if you still aren’t using Infraspeak… well… we’ve provided you with a fair few good reasons to get started, right?
