— by Felipe Ávila da Costa, Co-founder and CEO of Infraspeak
We’ve just taken a big step forward in our mission to make facilities management as effortless as possible. I’m thrilled to share that Infraspeak has closed an €18 million Series B funding round — a 726% oversubscribed milestone led by Endeit Capital.
At Infraspeak, we’ve always been focused on collaborative intelligence through our facility management software: bringing together everyone in a building’s operation, from maintenance teams to compliance management software officers, from service providers to building visitors, so everyone works in harmony.
As a comprehensive cafm system, Infraspeak integrates all aspects of facility management into one unified platform — making that orchestral harmony possible through seamless coordination of every moving part.
Imagine managing facilities as if they were an orchestra — each person knowing when and how to act, with flawless individual performances contributing to a greater purpose. This funding allows us to keep making that vision a reality and that orchestra playing as fine-tuned as a Royal Albert Hall headliner.
Accelerating global expansion
This funding is also a testament to our team’s remarkable progress. Infraspeak supports over 60,000 users managing over 240,000 buildings worldwide today, and the next chapter of our journey is about global growth. We’re focused on becoming the go-to platform for facilities management worldwide, particularly across Europe, Latin America, and Africa, where we’re already a leading player.
Our advanced cmms software is a key driver behind these impressive numbers, helping maintenance teams optimize their workflows and reduce equipment downtime across all those buildings we support.
This means doubling down on our expansion into new markets like France, the DACH region, and the Nordics and adding more brilliant people to our team. By 2025, we’ll welcome over 100 new hires, bringing expertise in revenue growth, enterprise sales, and more. Our ultimate goal? To make our product the standard in every corner of the world — and do it while staying true to our collaborative, people-first culture.
Redefining the future of work in facilities management
The future of work is already here, and facilities management should be part of it. Our platform is designed to enable digital transformation and seamless collaboration — exactly what modern workplaces need as they adapt to more flexible and ever-changing environments.
Our field service management software is perfectly aligned with this future of work, streamlining operations for maintenance teams working across multiple locations and adapting to those flexible, ever-changing environments.
I want to express my gratitude to our partners, including Endeit Capital, who are as enthusiastic as we are about the transformation we’re driving in this industry. We are incredibly proud that our vision resonates with top European investors, such as Bright Pixel Capital, Caixa Capital, Indico Capital Partners and Innovation Nest. Together, we’re rewriting the rulebook of what a facilities management platform can achieve, making the impossible just another part of the plan.

The road ahead
We’re committed to building a platform that simplifies facilities management, makes the day-to-day grind easier, improves efficiency, and provides better tools for everyone involved.
Our comprehensive asset management software is central to this commitment, enabling organizations to track, maintain, and optimize their facility assets throughout their entire lifecycle — making that day-to-day grind significantly easier.
Whether you’re a facility manager, a maintenance technician, or a building visitor, our mission is to help make your interactions with the environment as frictionless as possible.
From inventory management software to maintenance scheduling, our platform covers all aspects of modern facility operations — ensuring those frictionless interactions we’re committed to delivering.
There’s a lot of work ahead of us, and we’re excited to keep moving forward with all of you by our side. Here’s to transforming how the world manages its spaces — together.
Stay tuned. We’re only 1% done.
