Have you ever returned home and found a utility bill £30 higher than expected? Probably… right? In fact, it happens to everyone. All it takes is heater running a little longer than usual or using more energy than it needs.
Now imagine this happening at work – the greater the amounts and fluctuations, the harder it gets to predict your monthly energy consumption…
…unless you use our new Utilities Module.
In this post you’ll learn all about our new module, how to use it to track energy, gas and water usage in your buildings and how to report it in a clear and efficient manner.
New Utilities Module
With this new module, monitoring energy consumption for your buildings becomes extremely easy. Infraspeak uses data such as daily readings and your fixed electricity, gas and water prices to generate detailed graphs with the information you need to properly control and manage your costs.
By using this data, you’ll be able to predict, identify and justify fluctuations in your costs and gain immediate access to all information, compiled and displayed clearly through graphs.

To configure this module, go to the Administration tab, access the settings under “Utilities”, select the types of equipment you want to use as electricity, gas and water meters, set which meter is the “main meter” for each building and…
…set the price per unit for the meters in each building. Infraspeak takes care of the rest.
All relevant information will be displayed under “Utilities”.
