Soa familiar?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para que a tend\u00eancia n\u00e3o se mantenha quando falamos de trabalho, apresentamos-lhe um novo m\u00f3dulo para assegurar que cumpre sempre aquilo a que se comprometeu, no que toca ao tempo de repara\u00e7\u00e3o de avarias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com a nova app de Acordos de N\u00edvel de Servi\u00e7o (SLA), \u00e9 poss\u00edvel definir SLA relativos a avarias para nunca deixar passar o tempo limite de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de avarias estabelecido com os t\u00e9cnicos de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como? <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em 4 passos simples:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Instalar o m\u00f3dulo de SLA em Administra\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211;&gt; Loja &#8211;&gt; SLA &#8211;&gt; Instalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-800 wp-image-12869\" src=\"http:\/\/home.infraspeak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/SLA-loja-800x304.jpg\" alt=\"SLA Infraspeak\" width=\"800\" height=\"304\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0<strong>Dentro do m\u00f3dulo (acess\u00edvel no menu lateral esquerdo, em Administra\u00e7\u00e3o), definir as condi\u00e7\u00f5es que qualificam qualquer avaria para o SLA tendo em conta o cliente\/edif\u00edcio, a prioridade da avaria e\/ou a \u00e1rea\/tipo da avaria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-800 wp-image-12873\" src=\"http:\/\/home.infraspeak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/SLAconditions-800x553.jpg\" alt=\"SLA Infraspeak\" width=\"800\" height=\"553\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
