No SAP, o reporting estava inacess\u00edvel \u2014 este sistema era poderoso para finan\u00e7as, mas n\u00e3o foi concebido para o Facility Management. Era f\u00e1cil encontrar n\u00fameros, n\u00e3o era poss\u00edvel identificar padr\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>O ciclo reativo acumulado<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 medida que o CAPS Group expandia os seus servi\u00e7os de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o para 75 pa\u00edses, as fissuras alargavam-se. A equipa registava tickets, mas dependia das pessoas deixarem notas para fornecer atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es. Os prestadores externos reportavam em lotes. O contexto tinha de ser reconstru\u00eddo manualmente. A equipa mantinha-se ocupada, mas raramente \u00e0 frente dos problemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parar. Corrigir. Repetir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul Wilson, Co-fundador&nbsp; e Group Operations Director, reconheceu o risco. \u201cMuito rapidamente, notou-se que a infraestrutura existente j\u00e1 n\u00e3o estava a fazer aquilo que era preciso\u201d. O que funcionava a uma escala mais pequena tornou-se limitado&nbsp; \u00e0 medida que a complexidade aumentava. Para um neg\u00f3cio centrado nas pessoas, o esfor\u00e7o em duplicado e o stress n\u00e3o eram sustent\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>O ponto de viragem<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oito anos ap\u00f3s dar in\u00edcio \u00e0 sua oferta de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, a empresa optou por redesenhar a opera\u00e7\u00e3o em vez de fazer remendos novamente. Em vez de adaptar o SAP, implementou uma plataforma criada de raiz para o FM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mudan\u00e7a foi estrutural. Agora, os fluxos de trabalho refletem as opera\u00e7\u00f5es reais. A equipa de FM organizou corretamente os ativos. O reporting ficou acess\u00edvel em tempo real. Se algu\u00e9m estiver indispon\u00edvel, outro membro da equipa pode intervir sem ter de reconstruir o hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A visibilidade estendeu-se aos fornecedores. Com a Infraspeak Network\u2122, carregam atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es e fotografias \u00e0 medida que concluem as tarefas, reduzindo a troca de e-mails e acelerando a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com o cliente. Como Paul refere, os clientes adotaram a solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cquase sem esfor\u00e7o\u201d, em poucas semanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com dados estruturados, os problemas recorrentes e os atrasos dos fornecedores tornaram-se vis\u00edveis.
