Em <em>softwares<\/em>, \u00e9 usada como uma t\u00e9cnica de causa-elimina\u00e7\u00e3o para corrigir <em>bugs<\/em>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A t\u00edtulo de curiosidade, a NASA preferiu usar uma an\u00e1lise FMEA durante as miss\u00f5es Apollo \u2013 que levaram o Homem para a Lua pela primeira vez \u2013 porque a probabilidade de regressar \u00e0 Terra com seguran\u00e7a era muito baixa segundo a \u00e1rvore de falhas. Depois do <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.infraspeak.com\/es\/comunicacion-y-escucha-efectiva-lecciones-del-challenger\/\">acidente com o vaiv\u00e9m Challenger<\/a> em 1986, que colapsou 73s depois de descolar, a NASA come\u00e7ou a usar FMEA em conjunto com a FTA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mas agora vamos ao que realmente nos interessa: <\/span><b>como a an\u00e1lise de \u00e1rvore de falhas pode ser utilizada em manuten\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quando h\u00e1 uma paragem inesperada, ou uma falha que <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">quase<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> provoca uma paragem, \u00e9 importante fazer uma an\u00e1lise ao sistema e corrigir a causa raiz. Caso contr\u00e1rio, o erro vai persistir. Se foi a supress\u00e3o de inc\u00eandio que falhou, significa que n\u00e3o havia \u00e1gua no sistema <\/span><b><i>ou<\/i><\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que os bicos dos irrigadores estavam bloqueados (qualquer uma das duas bastaria para que a supress\u00e3o falhasse).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se chegarmos \u00e0 conclus\u00e3o de que o problema foi a falta de \u00e1gua nos irrigadores, ent\u00e3o <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.infraspeak.com\/pt-br\/analise-de-causa-raiz\/\">a causa raiz<\/a> est\u00e1 na bomba de \u00e1gua, que n\u00e3o tem capacidade suficiente para todo o sistema. A \u00e1rvore de falhas pode parar por aqui, j\u00e1 que o evento est\u00e1 marcado com um c\u00edrculo (\u201cevento base\u201d, momento a partir do qual n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio continuar a investigar).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como gestor de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, voc\u00ea pode continuar a usar a \u00e1rvore para analisar o que correu de errado com a bomba (falta de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, equipamento no fim da vida, insuficiente para as necessidades do edif\u00edcio, etc.) ou fazer a transi\u00e7\u00e3o para um m\u00e9todo alternativo, como os <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.infraspeak.com\/pt-br\/analise-5-porques\/\">5 Porqu\u00eas.\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Para implementar efetivamente as melhorias identificadas atrav\u00e9s da an\u00e1lise de \u00e1rvore de falhas, \u00e9 fundamental contar com ferramentas adequadas de gest\u00e3o. E esta \u00e9 a sua grande vantagem para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de edif\u00edcios e equipamentos.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apesar de n\u00e3o ser aplicada de forma sistem\u00e1tica fora das ind\u00fastrias que citamos, a an\u00e1lise de \u00e1rvore de falhas \u00e9 uma ferramenta muito \u00fatil para determinar a(s) causa(s) raiz e melhorar a estrat\u00e9gia de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer empresa atrav\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/infraspeak.com\/pt-br\/solucoes\/software-gestao-facilities\">software gest\u00e3o de facilities<\/a>. Pode ser aplicada em praticamente qualquer contexto, desde as falhas mais simples \u00e0s mais complexas. Ela mostra bem como nem sempre h\u00e1 um \u00fanico fator que contribui para que aconte\u00e7a um determinado dano.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Quais s\u00e3o as limita\u00e7\u00f5es da \u00e1rvore de falhas?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nenhuma an\u00e1lise de causa raiz \u00e9 infal\u00edvel e a \u00e1rvore de falhas tamb\u00e9m tem algumas limita\u00e7\u00f5es. considera\u00e7\u00e3o o tempo e a vida \u00fatil dos ativos, o que pode ser importante quando estamos analisando o sistema em uma fase de conceito ou de projeto;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9 um sistema bin\u00e1rio \u2013 cada hip\u00f3tese ou \u00e9 validada ou descartada, correspondente a 1 ou a 0 \u2013\u00a0 o que o torna muito \u201cr\u00edgido\u201d quando h\u00e1 muitas condicionantes (a falha s\u00f3 ocorre em determinadas situa\u00e7\u00f5es) ou falhas parciais;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nem sempre \u00e9 poss\u00edvel determinar a probabilidade de uma falha ocorrer, o que
