Esta an\u00e1lise \u00e9 capaz de detectar desequil\u00edbrios de tens\u00e3o e\/ou degrada\u00e7\u00e3o no isolamento antes de darem sinais \u00f3bvios de dano, o que faz da MCA uma ferramenta valiosa de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o preditiva e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o baseada na condi\u00e7\u00e3o, especialmente quando integrada a um <a href=\"https:\/\/infraspeak.com\/pt-br\/plataforma\/software-gestao-de-ativos\">software gest\u00e3o de ativos<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Antes de continuar, um esclarecimento: An\u00e1lise de Circuito de Motores x An\u00e1lise de Corrente<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A an\u00e1lise de circuito de motores n\u00e3o deve ser confundida com a an\u00e1lise de corrente do motor, ou \u201cmotor current analysis\u201d, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 conhecida pela sigla MCA. Embora a MCSA tamb\u00e9m seja um teste importante para avaliar o estado do motor, faz parte de um grupo de testes mais amplo que est\u00e1 inclu\u00eddo no MCA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Como funciona a an\u00e1lise de circuito de motores?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O circuito b\u00e1sico do motor se divide em 3 circuitos RLC (circuitos com um resistor (R), um indutor (L) e um capacitor (C), ligados em s\u00e9rie ou em paralelo), que s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis pela sua\u00a0<\/span><b>resist\u00eancia, a indut\u00e2ncia e a capacidade el\u00e9trica.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A an\u00e1lise de circuito de motores mede estas caracter\u00edsticas el\u00e9tricas do motor, fase-fase e fase-fase-terra. Cada uma das fases deve ter as mesmas caracter\u00edsticas, j\u00e1 que s\u00e3o fabricadas de forma id\u00eantica. Al\u00e9m disso, inclui as medi\u00e7\u00f5es de imped\u00e2ncia el\u00e9trica, \u00e2ngulo de fase, a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de corrente\/frequ\u00eancia, o fator de dissipa\u00e7\u00e3o, o valor de teste est\u00e1tico e a<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ssinatura din\u00e2mica de estator e rotor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O conjunto destes testes permite identificar defeitos, anomalias e desequil\u00edbrios no circuito do motor. Em particular, os testes fase-fase detectam problemas que passam despercebidos no meg\u00f4metro ou no mult\u00edmetro. Ali\u00e1s, a estimativa \u00e9 que os mult\u00edmetros s\u00f3 identifiquem cerca de <a href=\"https:\/\/rmc.utk.edu\/motor-circuit-analysis-an-introduction-to-de-energized-electrical-motor-testing\/\">10% das falhas<\/a>.
