Cuenta con hotel, 130 apartamentos y villas, spa &amp; fitness center, campo de golf entre otros espacios de deporte y bienestar.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\nEn 2021, la direcci\u00f3n eligi\u00f3 Infraspeak como su primera soluci\u00f3n para la gesti\u00f3n del mantenimiento, vinculando al software m\u00e1s de 4000 activos.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Los problemas previos<\/h2>\n<p>Antes de usar Infraspeak, <a href=\"https:\/\/olivanovabeachgolfhotel.com-hotel.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oliva Nova<\/a> organizaba sus operaciones de mantenimiento correctivo a base de un sistema antiguo, con un nivel de detalle m\u00ednimo que apenas permit\u00eda compartir el n\u00famero de la habitaci\u00f3n y una breve descripci\u00f3n sobre la incidencia.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, el acceso a este sistema era muy limitado, por lo que \u00fanicamente el equipo de recepci\u00f3n ten\u00eda acceso.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\nAl final, el equipo usaba otros medios para reportar al departamento de mantenimiento: tel\u00e9fono, whatsapp, SMS, email o, incluso, lo hac\u00eda por los pasillos. Por todo ello, la informaci\u00f3n estaba separada e inconexa.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\nHab\u00eda serios problemas de coordinaci\u00f3n entre el equipo y, por otro lado, el jefe de mantenimiento ten\u00eda mucha dificultad a la hora de valorar la urgencia de las tareas y sus requisitos. Esto generaba p\u00e9rdidas de informaci\u00f3n y los tiempos de respuesta no eran los ideales.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>La b\u00fasqueda de una soluci\u00f3n. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 Infraspeak?<\/h2>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Lu\u00eds Borho, director del &#8216;resort&#8217;, despu\u00e9s de valorar diferentes soluciones, <a href=\"https:\/\/infraspeak.com\/es\/facility-manager\/\">Infraspeak pareci\u00f3 ser la m\u00e1s \u00e1gil, con una interfaz amigable y sencilla<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<strong><em>\u201cHay que pensar que el equipo de mantenimiento en general no est\u00e1 tan familiarizado con aplicaciones inform\u00e1ticas como en otros departamentos que s\u00ed que las usan a diario.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\nOtras razones destacadas fueron el hecho de que la app sea multidispositivo, el que permita integrar con otros sistemas y crear un \u201cdashboard\u201d global de mantenimiento reuniendo datos de distintas soluciones.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Un antes y un despu\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>\u201cInfraspeak fue un gran paso cualitativo. Hemos pasado de la edad de piedra al siglo XXI e Infraspeak ha sido fundamental para ello.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\nAhora, todas las incidencias se reportan a trav\u00e9s de Infraspeak, de forma r\u00e1pida, f\u00e1cil y eficiente. El jefe de mantenimiento tiene una visi\u00f3n sobre todas las incidencias y las coordina de forma \u00fanica y con todo el detalle que necesita, lo que le permite valorar la urgencia de las tareas.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>La gran ventaja de Infraspeak a nivel de direcci\u00f3n y gerencia \u2014 Visibilidad<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sobre las incidencias:<\/strong> permite conocer el nivel y el volumen de las incidencias que se reportan y de las que se van resolviendo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sobre las instalaciones:<\/strong> permite saber si su estado mejora o se deteriora y analizar si es necesario afrontar inversiones en lugar de reparaciones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sobre el equipo:<\/strong> percepci\u00f3n exacta sobre la cantidad de trabajo desarrollado por el equipo. Antes, la decisi\u00f3n de contratar m\u00e1s personal era subjetiva, basada en un feeling. Ahora es algo concreto y se puede calcular a partir de datos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>El proceso de implementaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Javier Segu\u00ed, Jefe de Servicios T\u00e9cnicos, el proceso de implementaci\u00f3n de Infraspeak fue bastante fluido, aunque el cambio siempre supone alg\u00fan v\u00e9rtigo inicial.<em><strong> \u201cAl principio fue complicado ya que no dispon\u00edamos de ning\u00fan programa de gesti\u00f3n como Infraspeak y era todo nuevo. Luego todo se simplific\u00f3 mucho gracias al equipo de Customer Success\u201d.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\nEn primer lugar, hubo una toma de contacto para delinear los principales objetivos. Se siguieron las reuniones con el equipo de Customer Success en las que se explic\u00f3 exactamente c\u00f3mo funciona la plataforma y el valor de cada una de sus funcionalidades para las diferentes \u00e1reas de la operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\nEl tercer paso, fue la toma de datos de las instalaciones y el volcado al sistema para dar de alta a los activos. Luego, lleg\u00f3 el proceso de formaci\u00f3n de los usuarios.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<em><strong>\u201cEl equipo estaba un poco reticente, cuesta mucho cambiar h\u00e1bitos de trabajo. Pero al cabo de unos d\u00edas estaban totalmente integrados.
